Following ingredients can be used: 1 cup leftover cooked rice, 3 glasses toned cow’s milk, 1 tbsp milk powder, 1/2 tsp cardamom powder, and mixed nuts such as almonds, cashews, pistachios, and raisins, sugar(according to taste) and lastly few kesar strands(high quality). Additionally 4 tsp grated coconut can also be used to enhance the flavor.

Method: Pour the milk in a pan and then add leftover rice in it. Cook it until it gets little thick. Now add cardamom powder,milk powder, dry fruits, grated coconut. Add strands of kesar. Lastly add sugar according to taste.

To make spicy vegetable fried rice, you need these ingredients: 1 cup leftover cooked rice, cooking oil of your choice, chopped onion,capsicum, cabbage, beans,green chilli and carrot, tomato ketchup, salt, green chilli sauce , vinegar and soya sauce.

Method:In the cooking oil add the chopped vegetables and green chilli. Saute it until it gets a little brown. Then add leftover rice, salt, soya sauce, vinegar, tomato ketchup, and green chilli sauce. Mix well and serve hot.
