We all know how much we love to eat the stuffed garlic bread from domino’s. But what if You know how to bake a better bread at home ? Exiting right ? So take a look at this recipe and learn how to make easy and tasty stuffed Italian bread at home within no time.
|FRESH YEAST (easily available at grocery store)||30 gm|
|PROCESSED/CHEDDAR CHEESE/ MOZZARELLA||100 gm|
|OLIVES (packed bottle easily available in a grocery store)||10|
|JALAPENOS (packed bottle easily available in grocery store)||100 gm|
|OLIVE OIL||100 ml|
|MIXED HERB/OREGANO & CHILI FLAKE (packing available in grocery store)||10 gm|
Spread flour on the flat surface. Add salt to the flour.
Mix yeast and sugar in 300 ml of lukewarm water. mix it in flour and add rest of the water.
knead the dough by adding olive oil.
Place the dough in the steel bowl and place in a warm humid area for 20-25 minutes so that the yeast is active and helps to ferment the dough which means to increase the volume of the dough.
When the volume increases next step is to flatten the dough with the help of a rolling-pin. Make sure that your dough is not very thin.
Spread chopped olive, jalapeno, cheese/cheddar/mozzarella along with the herbs and finely grated garlic butter all over the flatten dough.
Roll the dough clearly and cut into pieces.
keep the pieces vertically on a baking tray.
Brush lightly with milk and bake at 200 degree for 20-25 minutes.
After baking brush some oil for shine.
NOTE- you can also add more ingredients such as corns, chicken or any other to increase the flavor
