Desserts play a very important role in making your meal a yay or nay. Kids love to eat sweets and so do the elders. Sometime or the other with almost everyone it must have happen that a few guests are to visit your place and you dint have enough time to prepare a lavishing meal. So what did you do in such a situation? Of course most of you would have ordered the meal from your favorite restaurant or cooked everything instantly. But what about the dessert? We all know how tedious it is to cook a tasty dessert within no time but now you need not worry about it.
HERE IS A RECIPE of how TO MAKE DELICIOUS FRUIT PASTRY INSTANTLY, WITHIN NO TIME AND LESS EFFORTS.
|BROWN BREAD/SPONGECAKE/WHITE BREAD||8 SLICES/ OR A LOAF|
|FRUIT PULP OF YOUR CHOICE (available in grocery store)||ACCORDING TO TASTE|
|WHIPPED CREAM||1 CUP|
|POWDERED SUGAR||2 TBSP|
|CHOCOLATE SAUCE (any brand)||1 CUP|
|BISCUITS (flavor according to personal choice) or OR PREFERABLY USE DIGESTIVES||1 PKT|
|SLICED FRUITS (seasonal fruits or any other of your choice )||1 FULL FRUIT|
Take the bread slices and cut the crumb sides of the bread. In case you are using a sponge cake cut the cake into thin slices.
Keep 2 slices of bread on a tray & a loaf in case of sponge cake.
Spread some chocolate sauce all over the slices. Make sure you do not use whole of the chocolate sauce at this stage.
Cover the chocolate sauced slices with 2 new bread slices. If using cake place another slice of the cake above the chocolate sauced slice.
Spread the fruit pulp all over the placed slices and cover them with new 2 bread slices or the cake slice.
Take the cream and powdered sugar mix them both well. Add some chocolate chips in the mixture and spread them all over the placed slices.
Cover the cream mixture with the remaining slices.
Take the biscuits crush them hard and mix them well with the chocolate sauce.
Coat the entire bread/cake with the mixture of biscuits and chocolate sauce. Be very sure that you do this step very neatly.
Take the finely chopped fruit slices and garnish the dessert. Also you can add some chocolate chips or gems for the garnishing along with the fruits.
Keep the dessert in the freezer to chill.
Cut the pastry into pieces very clearly and serve.
NOTE- you can change the ingredients or even skip a few according to your personal choice. use of all the ingredients is not compulsory.
